Asked many question and Mike always a fast, helpful and knowledgeable response. Bought the terrarium for my niece for Christmas gift and reached out worried about shipping and got a quick response, reassurance and plan. Placed my order and asked for a postponed shipping which he was happy to accommodate. The Terrrrarium kit had an included letter addressed to my niece and a message to reach out if any help was needed. I got to see the very fine finished product and when I ask my young niece and sister, said the instruction were easy to understand and follow.

This terrarium kit is perfect! It has all you need for a great a foundation, don’t forget yo add plants. These are sold separately. Mike has lovely plant seedlings for the finishing touch.

I purchased this terrarium product as a Christmas gift for my plant obsessed son. He hasn't even seen it yet, but I have had the best customer service experience in a long time. The kit arrived quickly and on time and included a personalized note with instructions and tips, with an offer to answer any additional questions I may have, which I took him up on and received a very helpful and prompt reply. There are a variety of items included that look like they have been chosen with care and concern, including a live plant that was packaged very carefully. It is obvious that Mike is passionate about his product and wants to help us be successful in creating and maintaining a beautiful terrarium. I can't wait for my son to see it! I was also very pleased with the size and quality of the glass terrarium. I chose large as it was a bit difficult to determine the size by the picture online and it is quite a good size. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that Mike & the team were fantastic, I was concerned that as I was going camping, my plants that I had ordered may die before I return. Mike was amazing with his communication. He made sure to delay the delivery, and kept up the communication the whole time it was in transit.

The Terrarium kit, was fantastic. This was my first time setting up and it couldn’t have been easier, the instruction was very easy and simple to follow. The plants are currently thriving and look amazing on my window sill.

I just set up my terrarium and I LOVE it!! It all arrived perfectly - the packaging was great and kept everything in good condition. And it was SUCH a nice touch to get a handwritten message to go along with it (and even a couple of extra little things thrown in!). It was great to get a couple of emails before it arrived and after to let me know how to best take care of the little plants. The whole experience of unboxing it and putting it all together was exceptional and now I have a super cute terrarium that makes me so happy to look at!
