The piece of driftwood came carefully packaged and gave my terrarium a touch of coziness. It's pretty cool that everyone's piece of driftwood comes out unique so you can make the terrarium truly your own.

I ordered a terrarium for my dad's birthday. He loved it! Mike was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and getting the terrarium to my dad in time for his birthday.

My glass terrarium arrived in pieces despite all the bubble wrap, crinkle paper packaging and a box covered in “fragile” stickers. I sent a few pictures to Mike for reference and he immediately sent a replacement which arrived safely and in one piece. Great customer service!
